If you’re an Instagram user, you may have heard of the drafts feature. This is a great way to share an edited post with your followers and see how it turns out before you publish it. Drafts allow you to do things like add filters and captions before you even hit the publish button. It also lets you edit the post later on. You can even schedule a post for the future.

In order to use the Instagram drafts feature, you have to follow a few steps. First, you have to open the Instagram app. From the home screen, click the plus sign in the upper right corner. Once you’re in the app, tap the Drafts tab. Then, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like to save a new draft or edit an existing one.

When you’re ready to start working on a new post, you’ll need to make sure you have an image in hand. If you haven’t yet edited the image, you’ll need to select “Edit image” from the drop-down menu. Depending on your device, you may need to use the app’s camera to crop and edit the image. After you’ve edited it, you can access your draft by tapping the + icon in the top right corner.

Once you’ve finished editing your post, you’ll want to save it. To do so, click the Save button. Next, you’ll need to choose a location for the post. For example, you could choose to post the image to your profile or to your story. Depending on how you’ve edited the photo, you might be able to use Instagram’s suggested tags, locations or hashtags. As with any post you post, you’ll need to select the proper format for it to display correctly on the Instagram website.

You can also choose to delete your post. However, deleting a draft won’t remove the original content. Instead, it will appear in your “Drafts” folder. Deleted posts won’t appear on your camera roll.

If you want to get the most out of the Instagram drafts feature, you’ll need to understand it well. The feature isn’t easy to navigate, and it may be useful only for certain situations. Some users may find it useful to save and edit a post before posting it to their profile or story, while others may prefer to post an edited version of a picture immediately. Still, you may wish to try out the drafts feature to see if it has what you need.

There are other ways to save and edit your drafts on Instagram. You can do so on the computer or via a mobile phone. One of the easiest ways to do this is to simply add a filter. By experimenting with different filters, you can find one that works best for you. Moreover, you can save your drafts as an image or as a link.

Whether you’re an amateur or professional photographer, you can benefit from the drafts feature. It’s a great way to experiment with ideas and to figure out whether a post is worth publishing. Having a draft can let you test out a post without losing valuable time in the process.
